Delivery

The estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, which may vary depending on the region, logistics demand, and factors beyond our control. Throughout the process, you will receive updates to track the status of your order with peace of mind.

Returns

Our priority is to offer a safe, transparent, and satisfactory experience. If you need to request a return, you may do so within 7 calendar days after receiving the product. For the return to be approved, the item must:

- Show no signs of use.
- Be in perfect condition.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Show no signs of damage, misuse or alteration.
- Used, damaged or unsuitable products will not be accepted for return.

Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

All requests are evaluated individually, with responsibility and attention, ensuring fairness and clarity in each process. After the 7-day period, unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns.
