At Havenlli, our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all customers.
1. Refund method:
As standard, refunds are issued in the form of store credit (digital gift card).
The credit has no expiry date and can be used on any future order at Havenlli.
No refunds are made in cash, bank transfer or card.
2. Credit Issuance Deadline:
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the store credit will be issued within 7 working days and sent by email.
3. Items Not Eligible for Refund:
The following are not eligible for refund or store credit:
Items returned after the 7-day period following receipt.
Used, damaged or unsuitable products.
Shipping costs and applicable taxes.
4. Gift Cards (Store Credit):
They do not expire.
They are transferable only by the account holder.
They can be used in whole or in part for future purchases.
5. Damaged/incorrect items:
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged.
Defective.
Different from what you ordered.
